C'etait un Rendezvous

C'etait un Rendezvous was a short-film made by a certain Claude Lelouch that achieved cult-status amongst car buffs. The nine-minute clip shows view from a car's bumper, hurtling through the streets of Paris at 5.30am accompanied by just the sound of the engine, tires, brakes and gear changes. Through the engine sound, many thought that the car used was a Ferrari 275. Later the director revealed that it was actually shot from his old Merc S class and laced with clever sound dubbing. Cool!
